Work With Me
Food has always been at the heart of what I do.
It is my favorite way of creating connection.
Through simple and hands-on experiences, I help children and families build a more joyful, curious and confident relationship with food.
Below you can explore the different ways we can work together.
Food Coaching
My Family Food Coaching is designed to support families who want to bring more calm, curiosity and connection back to their everyday meals.
Through practical guidance and private sessions, I help parents and children rediscover the joy of cooking and eating together — making food feel less stressful and more meaningful at home.
Each session is shaped around your family, so we can focus on what truly matters to you.
This coaching is also available for women during pregnancy and postpartum, supporting a calm and nourishing relationship with food during this important new life chapter.
School Workshops
I currently teach in different elementary schools around Amsterdam.
During my lessons ( 60-75 minutes each), we cook together in groups and explore food in a fun, creative and meaningful way.
Through playful cooking sessions, children discover new flavours, learn where food comes from and build a more curious and positive relationship with what they eat.
I have designed different themes, from Flavours of the World to seasonal cooking.
Each week we explore new ingredients and cultures, helping children develop confidence in the kitchen, improve teamwork and connect with each other through food while learning through experience.
If you are looking for a new hands-on activity for your school, feel free to get in touch to explore possibilities.
Cooking Parties
During my cooking parties, creativity takes over and children celebrate special moments together through cooking.
They work as a team, explore ingredients and enjoy preparing a meal they have created themselves — turning the celebration into a shared experience of joy, curiosity and connection.
The menu is always adapted to dietary needs and the group, making each party unique and personal.
You can choose from different menu styles such as fresh pasta, pizza, sushi or a high tea experience.
If you would like to celebrate a special day for your child, feel free to get in touch and explore the possibilities.
Maximum 12 children per group, ages 5 to 13.
My cooking book for children
My cooking book for children
Children's Cookbook | Dutch Language | Ages 4–12
Flavours of Europe was born from two of my greatest passions: food and travel.
Creating this book was a huge milestone for me. I had so much fun illustrating every page myself, and I am incredibly proud to have written an entire cookbook in a language that is not my mother tongue!
Through 14 vegetarian recipes inspired by different European countries, children are invited to discover new flavours, cultures and traditions in a fun and accessible way.
Each recipe includes step-by-step photographs that guide children through the cooking process, helping them build confidence and independence in the kitchen. Along the way, they will also find interactive games and activities designed to spark curiosity and make learning even more enjoyable.
My hope is that this book inspires children to see cooking not as a chore, but as an adventure — one that can take them across Europe without ever leaving their kitchen, while discovering new cultures and flavours along the way.
Perfect for families, schools and young food explorers who are curious about the world around them.
I wrote and illustrated a children’s cookbook with 14 recipes in Dutch.
It has been a very meaningful milestone for me, bringing together two of my biggest passions: food and travel.
Each recipe is supported by step-by-step visuals, making it easy and fun for children to follow along.
After every recipe, I also created an interactive game to deepen the connection between the book and the child’s experience.
