What Is the Family Food Coach Program About?
After sharing a post about this new part of my work, a few of you asked me the same thing: okay, but what does it actually look like? Fair question. Here I will describe you the practical side of it.
The program runs about 3.5 months, split into three parts.
We start with the parents. It begins with a short questionnaire and a week of photos of your meals, just so I can understand how things actually look at home. From there, two vegetarian cooking sessions together, two hours each, plus three 30-minute calls where we talk through the challenges you're facing around the table, tailor a strategy together for your family, and I share content along the way — tips, strategies, recipes, whatever's actually useful for what you're going through.
Then it's the kids' turn. Five one-hour cooking sessions where we explore new ingredients together and cook delicious, healthy meals, plus one special two-hour session at the market to discover where food actually comes from and meet local producers. Parents get simple recipe ideas for lunches and snacks along the way, and can reach out anytime during this phase — by WhatsApp or email — for questions or guidance.
And to finish, one cooking session together as a family, 1.5 hours, where parents and children cook side by side and put into practice what we've built up over the months.
Alongside that, two short 30-minute calls to reflect on progress and how things are shifting at home, plus simple recipes and practical tools to help keep these new routines going once the program ends.
This program is really for families with kids somewhere between 3 and 12, especially if dinner feels stressful more often than not, if vegetables are a daily negotiation, or if you just want your child more involved in the kitchen but aren't sure where to start.
Prices range from €250 to €1,200, depending on what your family actually needs — maybe just phone consultations, personalized menus and recipes, or hands-on cooking sessions together. We'll figure out the right combination for you during a free first call.
